About Our Collections
1. What types of artworks do you offer?
Maison Oreá offers two distinct collections. Our Premium Canvas Collection features high-quality canvas prints spanning a range of curated styles — from Impressionist landscapes and Oriental-inspired works to florals, nature scenes, and coastal pieces. Our Signature Collection features hand-painted oil originals, including Owner's Curation pieces and fully bespoke Atelier Commissions created to order.
2. What material are your canvas prints made on?
All prints in our Premium Canvas Collection are produced on premium artist-grade canvas, gallery-ready and suitable for framing upon arrival.
3. Will the colours look exactly as shown on screen?
While we take great care in representing our artworks accurately, colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor's brightness and settings. Minor variations in hue or tone are not considered defects and are inherent to the nature of art reproduction.
4. Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Our collection is thoughtfully curated and refreshed seasonally. Popular pieces may sell out and return in future curations — we recommend securing yours early to avoid missing out.
Signature Collection & Atelier Commissions
5. What is the Signature Collection?
Our Signature Collection features hand-painted original artworks in oil on canvas. It includes Owner's Curation pieces — works personally selected and presented by our team — as well as fully bespoke Atelier Commissions created to order for each client.
6. What is an Atelier Commission?
An Atelier Commission is a fully personalised hand-painted artwork created exclusively for you. You choose your size, share your reference image and vision, and our artist brings it to life entirely by hand in oil on canvas.
7. How do I place a commission order?
Select your preferred size and place your order on the Atelier Commission product page. Once your order is confirmed, WhatsApp us at +65 83623962 with your reference image and any notes on colour, mood, or style. Our team will confirm your brief before production begins.
8. How long does a commission take?
Each Atelier Commission requires 7–14 business days for production, followed by a shipping timeframe of 14–28 business days after dispatch.
9. Can I request a custom size or horizontal orientation?
Yes. Our listed sizes are portrait (vertical) by default. If you require a different size or horizontal orientation, please WhatsApp us at +65 83623962 before placing your order and we will create a custom listing for you.
10. What if my requested subject cannot be fulfilled?
In the rare event that your requested subject cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Orders & Payment
11. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your size and variant selection carefully before completing checkout.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. Accelerated checkout options including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are also available. All transactions are processed securely.
Shipping & Delivery
13. How long will delivery take?
For Premium Canvas prints, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before dispatch. For Hand-Painted Originals, please allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 14–28 business days for all destinations within Asia.
14. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across Asia, including Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
15. How much does shipping cost?
Complimentary shipping is available for all orders delivered within Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.
For all other destinations — including Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam — a shipping fee applies and will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery region.
16. Can I track my order?
As our artworks are shipped via international sea freight to ensure safe and careful delivery, real-time tracking may not be available for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you via email. Should you have any concerns about your delivery status, please contact us at atelier@maisonoreasg.com.
Returns & Refunds
17. What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us at atelier@maisonoreasg.com within 48 hours of receipt, with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will review your submission and work towards a resolution.
18. Do you accept returns?
All sales are considered final. In exceptional circumstances, return requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee, with return shipping costs borne by the customer. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
19. Are Atelier Commissions refundable?
As each commission is created exclusively to order, all Atelier Commission sales are final and non-refundable. The only exception is if your requested subject cannot be fulfilled, in which case a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
