Processing & Dispatch
Processing and dispatch times vary by product type:
- Premium Canvas Prints: Dispatched within 3–7 business days
- Signature Collection (Hand-Painted Originals): As each piece is created to order, please allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch
Estimated Delivery Times
The following are estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:
- Singapore: 14–28 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan: 7-14 business days
- Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand: 14–28 business days
- Philippines, Vietnam: 14–28 business days

Shipping Rates
- Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan: Complimentary shipping on all orders
- All other destinations: Shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery region
