Refund & Return Policy

At Maison Oreá, every piece in our collection is thoughtfully curated and presented with care. To preserve the integrity of our artworks, all sales are considered final unless otherwise reviewed and approved by our team.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such instances, return requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, subject to the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Requests & Eligibility

If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us at atelier@maisonoreasg.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

All approved returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Approval Required: Items must not be shipped back without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
  • Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee of the item's original sale price.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unassembled condition, inclusive of all original packaging and proof of purchase.


2. Damages & Discrepancies

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly notify us at atelier@maisonoreasg.com within 48 hours of receipt, with the following:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Clear photographs of the damage or discrepancy

Our team will review your submission and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom & Commissioned Works: All bespoke and made-to-order pieces, including Signature Collection commissions
  • Sale Items: Any items purchased during a promotional period or marked-down event
  • Gift Cards


4. Exchanges

To preserve the exclusive and limited nature of our curation, we do not offer direct exchanges. Each piece is sold as a final acquisition.


5. International Orders

All international orders are final unless a return is explicitly approved due to transit damage. Please note that import duties, local taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


6. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and passes our quality review:

  • A refund — minus the 50% restocking fee and original shipping costs — will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
  • If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to us for a follow-up.

Maison Oreá reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
